MESSAGE FROM OUR SAINT RITA DE CASCIA
(Saint Rita): "Beloved brothers of Mine, I, Rita of Cascia, come today full of love to tell you: I am your sister, who loves you very much and wants very much to teach you the true love of God.
You know that I have obtained by My faith, by My hope, by My prayer, by My love and trust in God the miracle that the branch of the dead vine comes back to life.
I also want to resurrect your souls, your souls killed so many times by sin, bringing you back to the life of the Lord's grace to produce many great fruits of holiness for Him.
I want to transform you into grapes of pleasant flavor for Our Lord, grapes that have the taste and flavor of holiness, of love, of faith, of purity and of grace.
Be grapes of true love for the Lord, living each day more in grace, in love, in prayer, in penance. Trying by all means in your life to live in the love of God, to live the Commandments of God so that then Jesus and His Blessed Mother can come and taste the pleasant sweet fruits, the pleasant grapes of love and prayer in your souls.
Be grapes of holiness, whose sweet and tasty taste Jesus and Mary can taste every day in you. For this, flee from sin, flee from evil, seek always more the friendship of God, the grace of God through prayer. And, above all, give to the Lord the pleasant grapes, the pleasant sweet fruits of your holiness by accepting God's holy will and renouncing your willfulness.
Give the Lord the grapes of your holiness by accepting with love and submission the sufferings that He sends you, that He allows you each day. So that like me, every day your soul gives to God the fruits of love, reparation, adoration and penance that God so much desires.
Be sweet grapes, pleasing to God, cultivating a true love for the Passion of Jesus, for the Sorrows of Our Blessed Mother. And try to have a great, sincere, deep love for Jesus, a great friendship, giving Jesus your yes to do His will, renouncing your own and thus growing in the perfection of all virtues.
I love you, I am your friend, grow in friendship with Me so that I can truly flood your life with grace transforming your life into a continuation of Mine. So that your life will be a continuous and everlasting hymn of love to Jesus Crucified, to the Mother of God, and to Our Heavenly Father.
Continue with all the prayers that the Mother of God has given you here, for they will lead you along the same path that I traveled to get to Heaven. The way of prayer, of love, of purity and holiness.
To all I bless from Cascia, from Roccaporena and from Jacareí."
(Marcos Thaddeus' comment on St. Rita of Cascia's Message): "... Summarizing Her requests, she asked that we be good fruit. She by her faith, her hope, her trust in His, her love and her prayer, She made the miracle of the dry branch of the vine come back to life and produce grapes.
And she says that She is the saint that makes the souls that are also dead by mortal sin come back to God's friendship by conversion and come back to the life of sanctifying grace producing good fruits, sweet grapes, sweet fruits for Jesus and Our Lady to come and taste those fruits in us.
So Saint Rita asked us to be sweet grapes, good fruits for Jesus to taste the sweet flavor of our sanctity, living in prayer every day, living in meditation, penance. Trying to grow every day in the friendship of Jesus in prayer, in the friendship with Our Lady in prayer, in the friendship with Jesus crucified.
Trying also every day to resemble her in the path of sanctity and virtues, giving Jesus the sweet fruits of a true love, of a sincere love, renouncing our will to do Jesus' will, the Father's will.
In this way we will be sweet grapes, sweet fruits for Jesus and not sour fruits, spoiled by our own love, by our sin, by the love of our flesh.
So in summary this is what St. Rita told us.
She is the Saint who just like made the dried grape branch come back to life in Her convent by watering, wetting and praying over that dried branch one year. She is the Saint who makes our souls dead through sin come back to the life of sanctifying grace.
And if we let ourselves be cultivated by Her like that vine in Her convent, She will turn us into a tree of very sweet fruit, very tasty for Jesus and for our Blessed Mother.
***
St. Rita outside the message She also sent a hug to each of you, said that she loves each of you very much and that she intercedes for each of you every day. And when you have a problem, a difficulty, don't run looking for human solutions for you. Because people will never understand you the way St. Rita understands you.
Run to Her arms doing novenas, praying many Rosaries to Her, and She will surely come to your rescue. But one detail, Saint Rita had her faith tested by God as I meditated in the Rosary of Tears today, she had her faith tested, tested by God.
God let her walk in the darkness of faith, without any sign or guarantee that her husband would convert for 18 years!
But after 18 years she saw that her faith, her prayer and her perseverance crowned with victory.
Abraham to have a son that he wanted so much, to father Isaac had to pray for 15 years. Moses to get to the promised land and see his prayers finally answered by God, Moses had to walk, wait and pray for 40 years!
So this is how God often does with his friends, with his most beloved children. He tests them, He purifies them in the furnace of trial that sometimes extends for 5, 10, even 20 years and even 40 years as it was with Moses.
So if your prayer was not answered by Saint Rita already in the first month, don't be discouraged, keep praying for as many years as necessary. But your time, your victory will come, and when it does, it will be a victory as great, as resounding as were the resounding victories of St. Rita of Cascia.
So receive the embrace of St. Rita tonight, she who loves us so much, she who is our great friend, our elder sister who cares for us, who knows the way to Heaven. She who has already conquered the trials that we are now experiencing, all of this She has known centuries before us.
So let us turn to Her to give us the inner strength and perseverance to overcome everything.
And with Her we will surely overcome everything!
Let us sing ending Our Cenacle today the Hymn of St. Rita.
HYMN OF SAINT RITA
1. Ah there are no roses without thorns, Not in Jesus' flowerbed, There whoever wants to earn a living, Must carry his cross. In this garden was sown, Rita of Cassia, the rose-flower, who left everything in this life, because she understood what love is! Neither sufferings nor family, let down her decision, to follow only Jesus Christ, never to betray her heart.
(ref.)
refrain: You were the favorite rose! O Saint Rita of Jesus! You teach me the lesson of life! To suffer, to love, carrying the cross (encore)
2. In the bitter life, oh Saint Rita, who knows how to love, knows how to suffer, and in the silence that tortures, learns the art of living! Your countenance reflected from your life the splendor, the bright light of joy, of expressing Our Lord! Your perfume so divine makes our people, then, dream. Even suffering in this life, only he who knows how to love is happy.
(ref.)
3. Holy woman of the impossible, bless our roses, for the most difficult moments, may they be miraculous flowers! Remedy for our pains, balm for the heart, and when there is disaffection, let there be union between couples! Give us your beloved Jesus, so that we may walk, and embracing our cross, we may also save ourselves.
